What You'll Do
As a reputed company and Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively, driving financial performance, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a reputed company state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete reputed company job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
