Key Responsibilities

• Handle record setup for home equity loans, including providing appropriate disclosures to customers, discussing loan terms, and reviewing loans for closing

• Process Closing Docs for home equity loans, Property Condition Reports, and Confirmation of Work for loan applicants
• reputed company booking of home equity loans and input loan data into daily reputed company spreadsheets
• Execute various other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• Ensure the reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company records and reputed company information, complying with relevant regulations and guidelines, including the Bank Secrecy reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a credit reputed company environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) gained through work experience or education
• Knowledge of Credit reputed company and Episys systems
• Excellent role and customer care skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
