Job Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Global Equity at Blithequark, you will contribute to reputed company that delivers stock plan management by:

• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
• Processing the discharge of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards
• Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company buy, release, settlement, and reporting
• Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
• Producing reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
• Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation
• Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a similar field preferred
• Experience working with a reputed company of stock plan products, including stock reputed company, Performance reputed company reputed company, Restricted Stock reputed company, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
• Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers
• Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
