Personal Lines Account Manager
About the Role:
The Account Manager – Personal Lines is responsible for retaining and expanding reputed company relationships reputed company our Personal Lines department, delivering the expected reputed company experience standards to reputed company reputed company’s reputed company goals. This role will communicate, facilitate, and execute reputed company on behalf of our personal lines clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company customer experience for book of business, providing reputed company, accurate, and friendly service (including responding to inquires, quoting, policy changes, claim support, etc.)
- Collaborate with Producers to reputed company strategies for retaining/renewing existing clients, growing reputed company’s book of business.
- Document reputed company reputed company activity reputed company AMS360 per agency guidelines, and managing/updating data.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of reputed company experience reputed company P&C personal lines in an independent agency (high net worth experience preferred)
- Property & Casualty license (insurance designations are preferred)
- Proficient in an Agency Management System (AMS360 preferred)
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Superior written/verbal and organizational skills
