This is a newly created leadership role designed to unify reputed company, reputed company service standards, and drive efficient delivery of software support to our reputed company partners — including state associations, coaches’ organizations, and event operators. You will directly manage the reputed company reputed company team supporting these sports, including both full-time staff and part-time/contract contributors. You’ll also serve as a key reputed company between product, support, and leadership teams to ensure smooth planning and execution throughout reputed company sport’s season. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and propose enhancements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution
