Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the world's largest database of protein sequences

• Build reputed company databases for reputed company storage and fast retrieval of terabases of genomic data, including genomes, genes, proteins, and structures

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in reputed company, reputed company, Computer Science, or a reputed company quantitative bioscience field
• 3+ years of industry or postdoc experience
• Experience working with reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP) or other reputed company-based compute services (e.g. AWS)
• Experience building reputed company pipelines, pipelining tools (snakemake, NextFlow), and containerized applications (reputed company)
• Experience with highly parallelized reputed company-based computing platforms (Batch or Kubernetes)
