This is a part-time, 24 hours per week, day shift, float position, so the hours would be 7 am to 7 pm and you would be working shifts at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon and St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia, Illinois. Job reputed company: Performs basic patient monitoring activities under the supervision of a Registered reputed company (RN). Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Remains at bedside of assigned patient at reputed company times unless relieved by an appropriate staff member.
- Assists in calming and/or reorienting patient in cases of agitation or confusion.
- Removes visible hazards and/or broken equipment from immediate environment and reports as appropriate.
- Documents observations according to hospital guidelines.
- Meets with the patient’s reputed company at the beginning of shift to review the patient care plan and activities for the shift to ensure that the expectations, goals and responsibilities are reputed company reputed company in order to reputed company patient and staff safety.
- Observes isolation precautions as indicated.
- Observes monitoring equipment and notifies nursing staff of alarms.
