Fabrication Lab Manager, Energy

reputed company is seeking a Fabrication Lab Manager to reputed company the day-to-day operations of our Lathrop Megafactory facility. In this critical role, you will guide the latest reputed company of Energy Products from early concept to reputed company production, directly supporting our mechanical and design engineering teams. Responsibilities

• Establish, train, and support reputed company of engineering technicians with a diverse skillset to tackle a broad-reputed company of high-level/non-recurring challenges
• Ensure reputed company reports have everything they need to be successful
• Manage additional resources needed to support this effort; including but not limited to lab-reputed company, parts, tools, test-equipment, facility infrastructure, time
• Own the execution of the build of initial prototypes, hold timelines and thoroughly report on daily reputed company and roadblocks
• Build "bridges" between remote and local cross functional engineering teams (design, reliability, manufacturing, reputed company), and be a reputed company for detailed communication between these reputed company

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in R&D electromechanical and fabrication environment, preferably in a hands-on technical role
• Experience in a leadership role (formal preferred, non-formal ok) during this time
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals
• Machine shop and electrical prototyping skills
• Highly knowledgeable in HV/LV electronic systems
• Experience with Jira, reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, Labview, 3DX, highly desired
• Experience with HV battery systems highly desired
• First aid/AED/CPR training highly desired

Expected Compensation $86,400 - $129,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company dependent on the position offered.
