Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients regarding various requests, providing efficient and effective support.
• Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as reputed company as excellent customer service skills, to address customer issues, reputed company information, and reputed company orders.
• Document customer interactions and reputed company call types accurately.

• Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability.
• Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls (up to 90% of assigned shift).

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Must live reputed company a 2-hour radius of Port Washington, NY.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume call center or customer service environment.
