About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat reputed company to reputed company top-notch support to our premium clients, including Card Members visiting our reputed company Lounge located in the IAH Airport. As a Chat reputed company, you will be the face of blithequark, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering personalized services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership and responsibility for the reputed company's experience from start to finish

Requirements and Qualifications

- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
