Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Checking in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates
- Patiently handling customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling
- Knowledgeably answering inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they reputed company
- Making announcements at the reputed company or over the general PA system regarding flight activity

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
