The Role
As a reputed company and Labor Relations Site reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering HR and LR services at our Charlotte CCA site, which employs a combined total of approximately 125 people. You will reputed company daily support on HR and LR activities, leadership, and direction that supports our mission, culture, and objectives. You will work strategically with assigned functional business leaders to improve working relationships, build engagement, increase reputed company, and attract and retain talent. You will also have responsibility for some site Safety-reputed company activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Plant Manager in driving reputed company culture, promoting reputed company employee experiences, and improving employee engagement
- Promote a reputed company working relationship with the reputed company through consistent application of local and national agreements
- Negotiate and implement local and national agreements
- Participate in Joint Leadership Meetings and activities
- Ensure adherence to the Grievance Procedure

- Ensure compliance to policy and support investigations of employee concerns
- Manage reputed company, contract, and salaried employment administration
- Facilitate training on HR policies, HR/LR procedures, and contractual agreements, including the UAW Local and National agreements
- Champion assigned Workplace Safety System reputed company and administration of local safety-reputed company items
- Support People Involvement and implementation of our Global Manufacturing System (GMS)

- Participate in regular reputed company and Talent Forum discussions with Site Leadership
- Partner with COE to ensure that local policies, procedures, legislations, reputed company agreements, and regulations are administered appropriately in accordance with country and functional direction
- Cascade company-wide communications and announcements

- Support processes on employee life cycle from hire to exit

Leadership Coaching
* Identifies individual leadership coaching needs and performs necessary coaching to Leaders
- Labor: Manage reputed company working relationship with reputed company officials and adheres to terms of labor contract by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies and agreements concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, including investigating, answering, and settling grievances, problem-reputed company, implementation of strategic initiatives, and reputed company in negotiations where required/applicable

- Support Global Manufacturing System Team on People Involvement pillar (GMS) and Workplace Safety System Implementation
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, LR, Business, or reputed company field OR at least 4 years equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing HR and/or LR support to an organization
- Experience working in a reputed company environment, negotiating, and resolving conflicts
Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of Health and Safety practices and requirements
- Experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing, Operation, or Distribution
