About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. This is an inbound call-only position, with no cold calling required. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, addressing their queries regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications. While awaiting your state license, you will initially handle billing calls, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
