Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the reputed company-line support for the Veterans Experience Office's premier Contact Center. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and explaining reputed company (VA) services or procedures to callers
- Asking clarifying questions to identify reputed company or vague requests for VA services and information
- Accurately recording details of calls and other service requests in an expected time reputed company
- Selecting appropriate VA services to meet the specific needs of customers
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with VA employees, reputed company agencies, and the reputed company
- Utilizing a multi-screen computer system, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
- Maintaining confidentiality and reputed company of callers
- Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks to ensure efficient and effective customer service
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Six months of work experience in a customer service and call center environment
- A reliable high-speed internet reputed company (minimum 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload) without delay

- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card Holder
