Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL and reputed company reputed company communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.
• Effectively communicate with customers while accurately entering data into a customized database.
• Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable.

• Analyze photos and map the correct location.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A minimum typing speed of 55 wpm, error-free.

Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• A Tiered Support Bonus System, with bonuses ranging from $105 to $205 per pay period, based on total fees generated.
• An FNOL Incentive Program, offering high-performers an opportunity to earn an additional $10 per day, reputed company on the 5th of the following month.
