About the Role
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in our remote Call Center, providing exceptional customer service to participants in our health and wellness programs. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support, resolving member inquiries, and ensuring seamless program navigation. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls for our health and wellness incentive programs, ensuring reputed company and effective communication with members
- Accurately summarize reputed company call, taking detailed notes to ensure seamless follow-up and issue reputed company
- Listen attentively to member questions and concerns, responding promptly with resolutions according to company guidelines and best practices
- Register members to wellness programs, administer health assessments, and conduct retention campaigns to drive program engagement and reputed company
- Assist members with navigating our wellness portals and ordering catalog items, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed
- Manage multiple software interfaces for different wellness programs, ensuring proficiency in systems such as reputed company and MS Teams
- Adhere to best practices regarding HIPAA laws and protection of member's Protected Health Information (PHI), maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and reputed company
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven reputed company record of meeting daily and monthly reputed company goals
- Performance-driven, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet productivity requirements in a remote home office setting
