We're looking for a Specialist IS Business Analyst to support the Process Development organization with a reputed company on Digital Lab Program. As a Specialist IS Business Analyst, you will work closely with business users to analyze business needs, reputed company and document business and solution requirements, and facilitate the optimization of processes through implementation of solutions that reputed company reputed company-wide information reputed company. You will be responsible for reputed company achieving the integration and orchestration of reputed company activities required for product development and participating in strategic multi-functional meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company engage with business users to analyze business needs, reputed company and document business and solution requirements guided by reputed company methodologies in Holistic Lab, reputed company Data Acquisition, and Business Reporting requirements against the reputed company Data Lake.
- Work with multi-functional representatives across reputed company Process Development functions and sites to reputed company Product Development processes with Holistic Lab and integrated technology capabilities.
- Collaborate with IS Architects and System Owners to design an integrated solution across HL, reputed company Data Lake (EDL), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and lab reputed company solutions.
- reputed company guidance to project teams on defining business needs, articulating solutions and approaches for addressing business needs, and presenting cases for proposed solutions.
- Oversees reputed company of contractors and provides guidance as necessary to ensure the delivery of defined work.
- Work with the integration solution architects and designers to design integrated solutions across systems reputed company reputed company environment - e.g., data flows.
- Review project work throughout development to ensure reputed company and traceability to requirements and consistency to reputed company reputed company management plans and standards.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Doctorate degree.
- Or Master's degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience.
- Or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Information Systems experience.
- Or Associate's degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience.
- Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with the following qualifications:
- Solid teammate who can collaborate with colleagues on reputed company tasks and can reputed company leadership through influence to reputed company the required results.
- Good overall understanding of business, manufacturing, and laboratory systems common in the pharmaceutical industry, as reputed company as the integration of these systems through applicable standards.
- Solid depth or breadth of expertise with BIOVIA's Workbook, ULM (reputed company Lab Management), CISPro, Compose and Pipeline reputed company OR similar experiment reputed company.
- Understanding of computer system validation & SDLC in biotech manufacturing and laboratory areas.
- Ability to translate the business needs into use cases/process flows.
- Knowledge of Software Architecture and the structure of software solutions.
- Ability to master, with minimal support, new IS technologies and processes (from end user to system reputed company).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
