As a Senior reputed company Resource Specialist - GSCL, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Global Supply Chain and Logistics (GSCL) business at Workwarp. You'll be a strategic partner to leaders and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a reputed company work environment and drive business results. Your expertise in HR will help us build high-performing teams, reputed company effective processes, and maintain compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company technical and administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, administering employment orientation, compensation/benefits, and supporting execution of cyclical processes, workers compensation, payroll, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policy in reputed company areas of employment, including hiring, promotion, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
- Support the reputed company needs of the distribution center through ensuring teams are set up for employee orientation, and assist with answering employee questions and escalating concerns to leadership as needed.
- Execute employee training programs in a reputed company manner, and maintain accurate records of regulatory and corporate trainings.
- Assist with special reputed company, including coordination of building cyclical processes and new initiatives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of administrative experience.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., reputed company, Word, O365).

- Ability to anticipate problems, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong organization skills.
