Global Internal Communications Manager

Reports to: CHRO, based in Italy Location: Toronto ON, Athens GA, or Remote in reputed company Responsibilities:

• In partnership with senior leadership, reputed company and implement a company-wide internal communication reputed company that engages, aligns, and inspires employees
• Design powerful processes to ensure consistency and alignment of employee communication activities happening across reputed company
• Build, manage, and ensure the usage of company-approved employee communications templates, policies, tools, procedures, and guides
• Craft messages and write communications (emails, reputed company messages, calendar invitations, etc) that are accurate, concise, and tailored to the author and audience

• Always be learning - implement best practices to drive improvement of company-wide employee communication programs, processes, and channels
• Create KPIs, metrics, and reporting processes to ensure employee communication is delivering greater overall value (ROI) for the organization

Requirements:

• 5 years of internal employee communication experience
• Prior experience creating communications with and for senior leadership
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that can effectively engage employees

• Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of the employee communication program
• Experience working with multiple country cultures and a reputed company of leadership styles

Preferred Requirements:
