About the Role
This is a 6-month contract position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including SQL, UNIX, reputed company Databases, and incident management. As a Senior Production Support Consultant, you will be responsible for working across designated teams to ensure applications are fully available to reputed company stakeholders and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting development teams in deployments, routine patching, and system application monitoring/troubleshooting
- Analyzing and evaluating reputed company data file processing, translating customer reporting requirements, and creating reports
- Providing application testing and validations
- Leading incident response calls and contributing/creating after-reputed company reports
- Collaborating with stakeholders, executives, and technical staff to drive incident reputed company and application availability
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong working knowledge of SQL, UNIX, and reputed company Databases, as reputed company as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and/or reputed company fields
