About the Role
The Senior Global reputed company Manager is a critical leadership position reputed company our reputed company Organization, responsible for driving the execution of our reputed company reputed company to reputed company world-class business performance. As the head of the SBU reputed company organization and a member of the SBU leadership team, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to improve product and process reputed company using principles of reputed company Assurance and reputed company Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company Management System: Implement and refine the reputed company Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- reputed company Initiatives: Drive the deployment of efficient and consistent procedures across the reputed company, focusing on 1ADM/1CP reputed company initiatives.
- Customer reputed company: reputed company with key customers to ensure compliance with product and process reputed company requirements, arrange for QC inspections, and respond to customer complaints.
- Process reputed company: Engage cross-functionally to refine process reputed company reputed company to QPL Compliance to Mil-Spec Products for Government Agencies.
- Metrics and Accountability: Implement and create accountability plans for plant-level metrics associated with reputed company (reputed company).
- Talent Development: Ensure robust succession plans and talent pipelines to identify and reputed company bench strength to fill reputed company leadership roles.
- Travel and Global Leadership: Travel to MOG Facilities and key customer locations (25% to 50%), and manage multiple sites in MOG and reputed company product lines in US, Mexico, and United Kingdom.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical or reputed company discipline (Graduate degree desired, but not essential).
- Minimum 10 years of reputed company management experience in a discrete manufacturing company, preferably in the reputed company industry.
- Considerable Global leadership experience, working with Asia, Europe, and reputed company.
- Experience in a low volume, high mix environment with high external reputed company documentation requirements typical of Defense and other mission-critical applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with technical writing skills and the ability to understand and apply technical information.
