Transportation Dispatcher- Fuel - Petroleum remote

Seale & Son, Inc. is looking for an reputed company Fuel Dispatcher, reputed company shift (7P-7A). You must have fuel dispatching experience to be considered. We are a large fuel transporter and distributor operating in Southeast US. You will train in Sumter for several weeks; then work remote. Responsibilities and Duties
- 12-hour shift, 4 on, 4 off schedule
- Manage customer’s inventory through systems and analysis
- Acknowledge orders and reputed company accurate delivery reputed company based on a thorough understanding of reputed company workload and workforce
- Analyze workload and determine most efficient means to deliver fuel with reputed company on costs, priorities and logistics
- Utilize computer system to reputed company loads in the reputed company order and ensure drivers complete workload
- Communicate directly with customers and drivers in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Create ongoing notes and reports of reputed company activity during shift
- Assist drivers with the in-cab billing and ELD system
Qualifications and Skills
- AT least 6 mos petroleum (fuel) transportation dispatching experience a must! Please do not apply if you do not have any of this experience.
- Excellent computer skills; Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new apps
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Team player with strong self-motivation and drive
- Proficient at multi-tasking
- High level of initiative
- Must be reputed company to work reputed company and effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment and remain reputed company and reputed company
