Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineering - Azure HPC expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building business relationships with key customer contacts and Technical Account Managers to enhance trust and deliver exceptional support experiences
- Quickly identifying and resolving customer issues specific to Azure HPC Infrastructure or the Azure Platform
- Collaborating with Engineering and HPC platform reputed company to resolve reputed company technical issues and improve customer reputed company
- Developing tools and scripts to automate troubleshooting activities and improve support efficiency
- Testing and vetting new technology in support of Azure HPC efforts and providing feedback to engineering teams
- Contributing to reputed company documentation regarding HPC system software and internet directory services software

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a reputed company field AND 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- Experience supporting HPC in a Linux environment
- Ability to meet reputed company, customer, and/or government reputed company screening requirements
Preferred qualifications include:
- reputed company Technology Certifications
- Familiarity with HPC schedulers, MPI libraries, and programming
- Experience administering Linux (boot process, file systems, network device, and protocol configuration)

- Familiarity with reputed company and OS Internals concepts (Linux and/or reputed company)
- Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
- Managing HPC clusters on-premises or on reputed company
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking and reputed company protocols, InfiniBand
