Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as reputed company as carry and handle luggage
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a similar industry (e.g., airlines, hospitality, or retail)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of airline operations, travel industry, or customer service principles
- Ability to work in a remote or Honolulu location
