Essential Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.

- A typing speed of 35-40 WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
- Availability to work a full-time (40 hours/week) schedule, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 9 AM - 5:30 PM CST, Monday - Friday.
