About the Role: 508 Document Remediation Specialist/Technical reputed company
We are seeking a highly skilled 508 Document Remediation Specialist/Technical reputed company to join reputed company remotely in support of the Centers for Medicare and reputed company Services (CMS) Marketplace Assister Technical Support (MATS) program. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company training deliverables reputed company with reputed company 508 of the Rehabilitation reputed company standards and are accessible for individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reputed company 508 compliance document accessibility reviews and remediate documents to ensure compliance with reputed company 508 standards using reputed company Office and reputed company Acrobat Pro.
- Edit and finalize documents to follow a logical order reputed company read by text-to-speech software (e.g., JAWS).
- Design and reputed company document and file templates that adhere to 508 accessibility guidelines.
- Advise staff on policy and best practices for creating accessible materials.
- Research, prepare, and edit public-facing health policy technical documents for publication.
- Prepare, edit, and standardize storyboards for various web-based training products.
- Prepare and edit contract deliverables as assigned.
- Build content expertise while using solid proofreading and layout skills to reputed company polished reputed company deliverables.
- Support program-wide development of training content and materials by distilling reputed company health policy and technical support topics in plain language.
- Ensure documents meet customer specifications, including standards for reputed company, graphics, format, and style.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency producing, editing, and finalizing documents, including PDFs, that are reputed company 508 compliant/readable by text-to-speech software, such as JAWS.
- Hands-on experience tracking schedules and/or project milestones and troubleshooting delays with stakeholders.
