This part-time position requires candidates to be reputed company to a 4PM-8PM Monday through Friday work schedule (20-24 hours per week). As a Part-Time Administrator, reputed company Process, you will be responsible for performing reputed company-settlement and cashiering duties in our distribution center. You will review and verify end-of-day reputed company paperwork, run daily reputed company status reports, and ensure reputed company of deliveries are included in reputed company paperwork. You will also reputed company cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-reputed company status of deposit, counting full-service cash, and finalizing handheld computer reconciling items.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify end-of-day reputed company paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Run daily reputed company status reports to verify that reputed company delivery routes have settled
- Ensure reputed company of deliveries are included in reputed company paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
- reputed company cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-reputed company status of deposit
- Count full-service cash and finalize handheld computer reconciling items
- Conduct 10% reputed company Audit as required by Internal Control
- Research Mail Checks, print backup, and reputed company in Payment Manager
- Maintain Missing Documents Log and reputed company compliance, cash reconciliation, and reputed company deposit log
- Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
- Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve reputed company issues
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Experience in a cash room environment preferred
- Ability to sit for extended periods (80%), bend, walk, and kneel
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution center or logistics environment
- Knowledge of cash handling and payment processing procedures
- Experience with handheld computers and reputed company systems
