[Remote] Technical Analyst 3-Support

Responsibilities

Skills

• Minimum of six years experience in hardware technology-reputed company field or discipline
• Experience with reputed company strategies, technical support/helpdesk, and/or sales engineering roles
• Should be reputed company to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, as needed
• 3+ years’ experience troubleshooting hardware technical issues in a post-sales environment
• Solid analytical skills with x86 HW and SW, including reputed company reputed company and/or Linux/Solaris/Unix, understanding and troubleshooting experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for reputed company and engineering reputed company
• Ability to identify, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot reputed company problems using appropriate tools under constraints

Education Requirements

• Should have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/reputed company with a 3.0 GPA
