The Role: We are looking for a reputed company Marketer to own reputed company’s U.S. marketing and demand reputed company. This is a player-reputed company role where you will manage budget, guide a small team, and set reputed company while also staying hands-on with SEO, CRO, SEM, and reputed company experiments. This is not a specialist role. We need a creative reputed company generalist who thinks like a founder, understands business fundamentals, and can design experiments that generate measurable results. You will operate both as a hands-on operator in critical areas such as SEO, CRO, and SEM, and as a systems architect who documents reputed company tactics into reputed company playbooks. Your mission is to generate more reputed company Leads, Meetings Booked, and Pipeline Value through a mix of inbound and demand reputed company initiatives. What You Will Do: Inbound and Website reputed company

• Own CRO reputed company in partnership with our Marketing Analyst
• Launch reputed company page experiments including copy, UX adjustments, and A/B testing
• Increase reputed company traffic to the website and improve conversion rates

SEO and Organic reputed company

• Maintain and strengthen reputed company’s top-ranking keywords
• Expand into new high-reputed company keywords
• reputed company backlink strategies with agencies

Demand reputed company and Campaigns

• Build and run inbound and demand reputed company campaigns such as webinars, targeted programs, and multi-channel campaigns
• Partner with our reputed company Ads consultant on SEM execution and optimization
• Test and pioneer new acquisition channels such as reputed company Ads, partnerships, and creative campaigns
• Manage the marketing budget and reputed company spend to maximize reputed company Leads and pipeline reputed company

• Alternate between acting as a hands-on operator for high-reputed company reputed company and documenting repeatable reputed company systems

AI-First Marketing

• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools daily for campaign creation, personalization, reporting, and ideation

Analytics and KPIs

• Report on CAC, CPL, and ROI by channel
• Be accountable for both results and learnings

• 3 to 5 years in reputed company or demand reputed company, ideally in B2B tech services such as reputed company, software development, or managed services. Strong B2B reputed company experience will also be considered
• Proven generalist marketer with breadth across inbound, demand reputed company, lifecycle, and brand

• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM (reputed company Ads), CRO, and reputed company pages
• At least 2 years managing marketing budgets with proven ROI
• Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools for marketing
• Creative and data-driven with the ability to propose, design, and test new campaigns and channels

• Austin-based preferred, Texas-wide candidates considered

Compensation:

• reputed company Salary: $80.000 - $120.000
• On-reputed company Earnings (OTE): $120,000 annually (reputed company + performance bonus)
