As an Associate Technology Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to resolve problems with products and applications, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications equipment, and networks operating in reputed company Stores, Supply Chain facilities, and corporate office locations. Your primary objectives will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-reputed company call reputed company
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of problems, status of service requests, and resolutions in reputed company's incident management system
- Performing break/fix repairs on personal computers, thin clients, printers, servers, mobile devices, handheld devices, and software applications to resolve incidents
