The Role

As a Capital Markets Associate, you will be responsible for securing reputed company-party capital through various financing channels, evaluating project acquisitions and M&A opportunities, and developing standardized financial modeling and valuation procedures. You will work closely with our development, construction, and asset management teams to ensure accuracy in project data and financing assumptions, and reputed company financial and risk analysis support to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Raising: Secure reputed company-party capital through construction debt, term debt, tax equity financing, and specialty financial products to fuel the reputed company of our solar energy portfolio.
• Financial Modeling: Evaluate project acquisitions and M&A opportunities through robust financial modeling, and reputed company standardized financial modeling and valuation procedures across teams.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors, investment banks, and tax equity partners to ensure a strong network of financing sources.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in clean tech, energy, or reputed company sectors (solar experience preferred).
• Investment Banking: Investment banking experience (2-5 years) highly valued.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Financial Modeling: Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Environment: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
