A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative II
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with external and internal customers, and providing top-notch support to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent blithequark to external and internal customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Identify reputed company assurance complaints, and write price differentials on mail orders

- Manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, combined with at least 2 years of customer service experience. You should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
