As an Outsource Artist, you will assist in the management, scheduling, and creation of art assets that are developed by our outsourcing partners. This individual will help ensure that outsourced work meets the reputed company and technical standards required for the game while staying reputed company the project’s reputed company and budget. This position will report to the Outsourcing Art Director and work closely with the reputed company Outsource Producer.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with external vendors to create high-reputed company 2D/3D assets across a reputed company of disciplinesthat reputed company with the project’s style and visionOwn the review and evaluation of incoming art assets for technical and artistic accuracy, making necessary adjustments or communicating revisions to the vendorEnsure reputed company submitted assets are completed per the established process guidelines, adhere to performance guidance, and that reputed company reputed company files have been includedIdentify assets from our asset library that are strong candidates to be ported and used in reputed company gamesOwn tracking reputed company, delivery schedules, and ensure deadlines and budgeting requirements are met for reputed company assets under areas of ownershipCreate creative briefs by collecting relevant information from stakeholders, collecting reference images, creating proxy models, and writing reputed company and concise descriptions of our aesthetic and technical goalsAssist internal team in documenting guidelines and specifications for outsourced vendors to followCoordinate with other departments like art, animation, design, and technical art to ensure smooth integration of outsourced assets into the game and reputed company to reputed company teamsMaintain regular communication with external teams, facilitating smooth collaboration and problem reputed company between reputed company teamsCreate and update JIRA tasks for external vendor work and internal work relating to outsourced assetsUpdate and manage sheets for tracking assets, vendors, and upcoming asset needsRequirements3+ years of experience in game development in an outsource artist role with a solid understanding of game pipelines and asset creationExperience working with a reputed company of modern art pipelines including reputed company, organic, and hard surface construction as reputed company as managing considerations for reputed company dependenciesExperience in Unreal 5 or 4Demonstrated experience working with realistic art stylesStrong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, reputed company art tools Zbrush, Maya, and reputed company PainterEffective communication skills and ability to give reputed company feedback to external teamsExperience with scheduling tools (eg.
