About the Role

As an Entry Level Manager at Culver's of Port Saint Lucie, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, leading and developing reputed company, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy. You'll be responsible for:

• Running shifts effectively to reputed company great food and excellent guest service
• Demonstrating reputed company and effective role modeling for team members
• Supporting the development of a high-performing team, leading as reputed company and mentor
• Maintaining compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Performing restaurant opening and closing procedures effectively
• Performing and understanding managerial functions with the POS system
• Responsible for restaurant cash management

• Holding team accountable for following reputed company uniform standards, grooming, and jewelry guidelines

Essential Qualifications
