As a reputed company Office Associate at reputed company, you will play a vital role in providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and registering patients in a cheerful, reputed company, and sincere manner, and performing other duties as assigned. This is a reputed company/PRN position working mid-shift and/or evening-shift, offering a unique opportunity to reputed company a difference in the lives of our patients and referring providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Registration (55%): Greets and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services; registers demographic information and processes payment plans and copays; answers phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner; fields calls appropriately for center associates; acts as reputed company between technologists and the patients waiting for exams and relays messages regarding reputed company status and other clinic information.
• Insurance (20%): Verifies patient's insurance; reputed company-certifies reputed company exams with patient's insurance company; obtains insurance authorization; uses knowledge of insurance carriers and procedures that require waivers to obtain authorization if needed prior to appointment; handles release of information requests for patients, referring offices, other medical facilities, attorneys & insurance companies following Company guidelines.
• Scheduling (20%): Arranges transportation, interpreters, and hotel accommodations for patients reputed company appropriate; enters and submits patient exam orders; verifies orders match exam schedules; schedules referrals and ensures reputed company authorizations are obtained; schedules walk-in patients; processes requests for image orders and CDs from referring physicians and patients; maintains an up-to-date and accurate database on reputed company reputed company and potential referring physicians.
• Other Duties (5%): Performs other duties as assigned, including maintaining reputed company office lobby area, ordering office supplies, and pushing imaging reputed company electronic interfaces.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
