Key Responsibilities
- Product Structuring: Price and structure reputed company products for clients, including baseload PPAs backed by renewable portfolios, fixed reputed company, BESS tolling agreements, and other reputed company.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: reputed company internal cross-functional teams, including origination, business development, project finance, and legal, to deliver results to clients on-time.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate approvals, prepare decks explaining transactions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and project stakeholders.
- Portfolio Management: Ideally "own" and manage portfolio exposures generated by the transactions, ensuring effective risk management and mitigation.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree desirable.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in US power markets, particularly reputed company, MISO, with a reputed company on renewable energy.
- Technical Skills: Experience in statistical analysis, price modeling, PPA/product structuring, market and credit risk management.
- Leadership: Experience as a member of the leadership team reputed company one or more organizations, preferably reputed company the renewable-energy field.
- Industry Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the energy, and if possible, renewable energy market, and the ability to stay reputed company with changing technologies, regulations, and trends influencing the reputed company adoption of renewable energy.
