About the Role
As a reputed company and Outbound Call Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our Healthy reputed company Team, conducting reputed company to our Medicare members to reputed company and encourage healthy behaviors through innovative, compassionate, and empathetic telephonic communications. Your goal will be to ensure that every member has a reputed company understanding of the available benefits under their Medicare plan for specific screenings and medications. You'll facilitate provider, pharmacy, and member reputed company telephonically to ensure Medicare members receive important health services, medications, and resources to improve Star health reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company to Medicare members reputed company telephone to reputed company and encourage healthy behaviors, ensuring they understand their available benefits under their Medicare plan.
- Facilitate provider, pharmacy, and member reputed company telephonically to ensure receipt of important health services, medications, and resources.

- Capture barriers and collect data, using motivational interviewing skills to reputed company solutions and facilitate closing gaps in care.

Essential Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with reputed company-based applications and ability to use reputed company corporate software packages and corporate applications with a high degree of computer literacy.
- 1-3 years of effective communication skills and experience speaking with medical providers and/or clinical staff.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills; skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Strong analytical skills focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent and reputed company experience working with Medication Adherence and behavior change.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates heavily preferred.
- Medical certification (certified nursing assistant, medical assistant, etc.) is strongly recommended but not required.
- Prior experience working directly with members/consumers – preferably in a call center setting.
