As a Full Stack Customer Support Associate, you'll work in a fully remote environment, supporting our members through a reputed company of channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming chats and calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner
* Determining the purpose of incoming chats and calls, and providing resources and support to our members
* Assessing reputed company needs and researching and structuring communication to reputed company pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources
* Recognizing crisis situations and evaluating for needed reputed company to minimize risk
* Performing research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources
* Entering member information into the appropriate EAP system to initiate the case and documenting comments and information thoroughly and professionally
* Communicating effectively with reputed company internal stakeholders
* Making outbound calls to identify and assist with securing member resources and/or services
* Providing miscellaneous support functions, including administrative support, follow-up calls, and other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-3 years of customer service experience
* Basic computer knowledge
* Proficiency in reputed company reputed company Office products
* A high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center environment

Compensation and Benefits
* The typical pay reputed company for this role is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour
