We're searching for a skilled CSR Administrator to work in our fast-paced recovery environment. As a CSR Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining account orderliness, ensuring a field agent is assigned to reputed company account, updating designated accounts with new information received from the reputed company, and communicating any escalated information to the reputed company or supervisor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain account orderliness and ensure a field agent is assigned to reputed company account.
• Update designated accounts with new information received from the reputed company.
• Communicate any escalated information to the reputed company or supervisor as needed.
• Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral.
• Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Strong phone skills with the ability to give reputed company and concise direction.
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
• Experience with collateral repossession, collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, or credit experience is beneficial.
• A high level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and reputed company applications.
• Previous experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
