As a Member Services Representative, you'll be an integral part of the Payments reputed company reputed company team at arenaflex Credit reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, reputed company deposits, and reputed company transfers
• Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company ledger balancing
• Working member cases/assignments
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as reputed company as Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company

• Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school degree or GED + Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

• Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
