As a Behavior Technician with reputed company, you'll be working under the guidance and supervision of a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs in-home. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, depending on your location.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company one-on-one (1:1) in-home reputed company Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to younger children on the Autism reputed company.
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans.
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and execute treatment plans as designed by a BCBA.
- Collaborate closely with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology).
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting. Relevant experience includes roles such as Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid reputed company's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle for travel between reputed company locations.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that require fine and gross motor skills, including bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for periods.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Experience with Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plans for youth and families.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to obtain.
