About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and reputed company listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback (Tour-to-Teach)
- Communicates and collaborates with reputed company reputed company of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
- Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing reputed company expectations and guidance to implement business solutions
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved
- Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for reputed company associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-reputed company activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (for facilities that sell firearms)
- Ability to attend and successfully complete reputed company job-required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
