The Internal Controls Leader role is a hybrid position that requires on-site reputed company 3 days per week at one of our office locations in Chevy reputed company, MD; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or reputed company, NY. You will report to the Head of Internal Controls and be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration to design, ensure compliance, and remediate internal controls processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Team Management:

• Regulatory Compliance and Representation:
  • Stay informed on financial regulations and industry standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.

• Communication and Presentation:

Essential Qualifications
