Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group guidance curriculum supporting student development
- Assist reputed company in course placement and course scheduling
- Prepare and review transcripts and other reputed company documentation for new and returning reputed company
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to reputed company a four (4) year plan for inclusion in the Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
- Analyze student data and reputed company data-driven programs for reputed company reputed company plans
- reputed company reputed company services to individuals or reputed company on reputed company and personal issues
- reputed company an individual planning system to guide reputed company toward post-secondary goals
- Assist reputed company in the acquisition of study skills, reputed company opportunities and benefits

- Support standardized testing program; parent education; and staff development
- Work with the teaching team to design and implement an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for reputed company student in school

- reputed company reputed company counseling, including recommendations on Advanced Placement (AP) and technical courses, to challenge and enrich student learning opportunities
- Audit student schedules for candidacy for graduation as determined by school and state policies
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of experience in counseling and/or advisement
- Appropriate state certification for high school counselor
- Michigan residency required
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, Web-based search engines, and database systems
- Flexible schedule; Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to reputed company required background reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in school counseling
- Experience with distance learning
- Advanced coursework in counseling and administration
- Experience as a 7-12 teacher
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with Local, State, and Federal laws and mandated reporting
- Experience in a charter school environment preferred
