Job reputed company Our reputed company, a full service ad agency has an immediate need for an Associate Director of Experience Analytics. This is a freelance role (40 hours a week) through the end of the year with potential to reputed company. Must be based in one of the following markets: Dallas, Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, reputed company... The Associate Director, Analytics is responsible for generating relevant reporting and performance insights across the customer reputed company to inform strategic direction for existing and new initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or reputed company Sciences, with heavy emphasis on quantitative reputed company; Master’s degree is a plus. • 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, performance optimization, ideally in a marketing agency or management consulting reputed company. • Deep experience working with a reputed company of BI tools; expert in creating and extracting data, knowledge and insights from disparate datasets. • Strong knowledge of experimental / multivariate test design techniques. Experience with statistical techniques such as predictive modeling and segmentation a plus. • Proficiency with reputed company Office suite and a strong proficiency with reputed company. • Programming and analysis proficiency with SQL and Python/R. • Experience with web analytics tools preferred (reputed company Analytics / reputed company). • Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such reputed company Marketing reputed company. • Strong verbal and written communication.
