The Machine Operator Trainee will be responsible for machine operations, production, and general maintenance in our web press operations. As a Machine Operator Trainee, you will work closely with our production team to ensure efficient and high-reputed company production processes. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate web press equipment, including hanging plates, adjusting feeder/delivery reputed company, filling ink reputed company, and water tanks
- Monitor and reputed company ink fountains for reputed company ink distribution
- reputed company routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, ink/water problems, and design layout configurations

- Interpret and follow special instructions and job specifications

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field or previous experience in a production environment preferred
- No previous experience required; mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs throughout a shift (10-12 hours)
- Requires walking, lifting boxes, bending, pushing rolls, and moving pallets

Compensation and Benefits
