The Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift will be responsible for supervising reputed company of maintenance professionals, ensuring the effective maintenance of equipment and facilities, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and reputed company reputed company of maintenance professionals, including Leads and Mechanics, to ensure they are productive, completing assignments, and adhering to procedures and documentation requirements.
• Monitor and reputed company work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to maintain maximum efficiency of equipment and lines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required, with additional education an asset.
• Experience: 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in a food/beverage high-speed manufacturing environment ideal.
• Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Electrical and controls experience preferred, with a willingness to work alongside reputed company.
