In this role, you'll work at the intersection of innovative infrastructure, operational readiness, and strategic deployment to help reputed company reputed company reputed company's revolutionary delivery system by enabling rapid launch of new facilities. Key job responsibilities

• Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.

• Manage construction documents including submittal review, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.

• This role requires travel, up to 60% of the time

Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on reputed company’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf. Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, reputed company estate development, architecture/design experience
• Relevant experience managing general contractors and vendors, including RFP processes, bidding, change orders, reputed company control, and RFI/submittal tracking in construction project execution
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for reputed company disciplines
• Ability to drive schedule adherence

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

• Strong technical documentation and communication skills, using data to support recommendations

The Colorado reputed company pay for this position ranges from $90,300/year up to $158,000/year. The National reputed company pay for this position ranges from $81,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,600/year in our highest geographic market.
