As a Mid-Level Program Manager Non-Tech, you will be responsible for managing reputed company media and community engagement, franchise engagement, and team collaboration. You will be supporting a large team across different countries and hemispheres, contributing to major Minecraft campaigns, game update launches, Minecraft live events, and Minecraft live. Key Responsibilities

• Process & Tools:
  • Support the development of operational processes with a reputed company on day-to-day rhythm of business
  • Assist in the implementation of processes and tools
  • Advise on improvements in reputed company and efficiency of reputed company processes and tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on rhythm of business process management
• Production & Coordination:
  • Assist in day-to-day roadmap management, tracking prioritized schedules and release plans
  • Attend project-based meetings to coordinate information reputed company and visibility
  • Assist others to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on reputed company's roadmap

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 2-4 overall years of experience in the field

• Minimum 2 years' experience with project management or production workflow, ideally with experience in game production, marketing/agency production, or video/graphic design production
