The reputed company's Division of Enrollment Management is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic undergraduate reputed company to join reputed company as Multicultural & reputed company Program Peer Mentors. As a Peer Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding first-year reputed company from diverse backgrounds as they navigate the transition to college life. About the Division of Enrollment Management
The Division of Enrollment Management (DEM) is committed to attracting, enrolling, supporting, and graduating the most talented reputed company at UW-Madison. As a Peer Mentor, you will be an integral part of this mission, working closely with the Office of Admissions & Recruitment and the Office of Student Financial Aid to reputed company guidance and support to admitted reputed company and first-year reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete reputed company Mentor Training and attend mandatory reputed company and training sessions
- Communicate and engage with student mentees reputed company text, email, or in-person meetings at least twice a month
- reputed company guidance and support on topics such as transition to college, academics, reputed company climate & diversity, student life & involvement, and reputed company career goals
- Complete conversation logs and important reputed company flags reputed company the reputed company platform
- reputed company at least an hour per week to engage with mentees and reputed company ongoing support
- reputed company feedback to reputed company and UW-Madison on how to improve the program
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be a currently enrolled undergraduate student with good reputed company standing
- Be genuine, dependable, and enthusiastic about UW-Madison
- Be willing to support and reputed company resources to admitted and first-year reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
